Welcome to Casino Classic. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and the services we provide. By registering an account and using our casino, you agree to be bound by the rules set out in this document. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Here at CasinoClassic, we require all players to meet the following conditions before creating an account:
- You must be at least 19 years of age.
- You must be physically located in the Province of Ontario at the time of play.
- You must not be listed as an ineligible person under AGCO regulations.
- You must not be a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) as defined by applicable law.
- Use of VPN or Virtual Machine technology to access our platform is strictly prohibited and will void any associated winnings.
- You may only hold one account with us at any given time.
Our Casino Classic platform verifies identity and geolocation on an ongoing basis. We use ILABS Inc. for identity and credit verification. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
We accept deposits in Canadian Dollars (CAD / C$). Our Casino Classic 1 dollar deposit option allows new players to unlock our welcome package with a minimum deposit of just $1. Accepted deposit methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac, bank transfer services, prepaid vouchers, and e-wallets.
3.2 Withdrawals
At CasinoClassic, we process withdrawals using Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets, Direct Bank Transfer, and CAD EFT/eCheck. The following conditions apply:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: $50 (Direct Bank Transfer / Wire: $300).
- All withdrawals are subject to a 48-hour pending period, during which you may reverse the request.
- After the pending period, we process your withdrawal on the next business day.
- First-time payouts via a new method may require an additional 5–7 days for verification.
- We do not process payments on weekends or public holidays.
- Visa and Mastercard withdrawals take approximately 3 working days; e-wallets 1–3 days; CAD EFT/eCheck 2–3 days; Direct Bank Transfer 6–10 working days.
We apply a Payment Method of Origin Policy (PMOP), meaning funds are returned to the original deposit method first. Where winnings are substantially greater than lifetime purchases, we reserve the right to apply a discretionary cap of $4,000 per week. Card scheme limits also apply: Mastercard ~40,000 EUR/day; Visa OCT limits of 50,000 USD/day, 85,000 USD/7 days, and 170,000 USD/30 days.
